The upper age limit norm of NEET has been challenged in the Supreme Court but no final decision has been taken on the same. As a result, the unreserved category candidates with age more than 25 years were allowed to take the test. However, the age criterion was upheld by the Delhi High Court in the judgment passed on May 11, 2018.
